The cultivation of oysters, a mollusk rich in proteins, is a source of employment for those who, from the oyster farm, make this task one of the economic activities of the municipality of Rafael Freyre, in the province of Holguín.

 

The tobacco company in Holguin province, which ranks among those with the greatest productive potential of Cuba in the production of cigars, both for domestic consumption and for export, finished the first half of the year with notable contributions in its main economic indicators, especially in the levels of efficiencies.
