With the participation of computer specialists and fans of this branch in Holguín, the Latin American Festival of Free Software Installation (FLISOL), considered the largest event in Latin America in terms of free technologies, was held online on Saturday in this province sponsored by the Union of Informatics of Cuba (UIC), the Cuban Free Software Community and the Young Club of Computing and Electronics.

The International Day of Girls and ICTs will be celebrated online on April 22 from Holguín with the participation of Internet users from various Cuban provinces.

Diversifying the tourist and artistic proposals, the creation of new projects and cultural routes and strengthening the alliances with other countries, are among the main themes of the Culture-Tourism agreement in the province of Holguín.

Promoting the potentials of Holguín as a tourist destination in the foreign market will be one of the fundamental working guidelines of the Tourist Observatory in this eastern Cuban province, after it starts working on Friday.
