Unit one of the Lidio Ramón Pérez Power Plant in Felton, in the province of Holguín, joined the national grid today after a scheduled 25-day-long maintenance program.

Although rare diseases have a low prevalence in the world, since it is estimated that they affect about six percent of the world population, the province of Holguín has a different frequency of these conditions, which is why the II Territorial Workshop on Rare Diseases was held here on February 28 in face-to-face mode.

The Expo Holguín 2023 Commercial Fair will be held April 4-7 at the Exhibition Center in this eastern city, with the participation of businessmen from Canada, Spain and Italy, as part of the strategy to promote exportable items.
