The Provincial Center for Visual Arts of Holguín is inviting Cuban artists living in the country to participate in the 31st edition of the Visual Arts Salon, which will take place from September 10 to 14.
The event will include a competition exhibition, additional shows, and theoretical discussions about the challenges and perspectives of contemporary art in Holguín.
Works in all techniques, genres, and themes are accepted, with a maximum of three pieces per artist, created between 2024 and 2025 and not previously awarded.
Each work must be accompanied by a technical sheet specifying the author's full name, title, technique, dimensions, and year of completion.
Installations, performances, or video creations, must be accompanied by a synopsis.
The jury will grant a single grand prize of 30,000 CUP, as well as honorable mentions and collateral awards from various cultural institutions.
