Marbelis Perez Mujica, commissioner of chess in this province, reported that on the 12th at 8:00 pm, at the Casa Iberoamericana, the technical meeting will be held, and to conclude this, a cultural gala will welcome the participants officially.
"This is the fourth consecutive time that we host the event, and that the organizing committee holds systematic meetings before opening day, with a well-prepared host city, similar to or greater than the preceding ones, all very well evaluated by chess players," Perez Mujica assured.
On February 13th at 3:00 pm the first round will begin and the 19th is set off as the only date of rest, in a contest featuring the top 14 Cuban female chess players of the moment.
