The Comandante Ernesto Che Guevara nickel company, in the eastern province of Holguin, is among a group of 34 Cuban companies that stopped using ozone depleting substances in their productive processes that will be acknowledged by the national Technical Ozone Office (OTOZ).
A few days after the beginning of the new school year, and to the danger of a new war in the Middle East with unpredictable consequences for the world, the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro will speak to university students in a rally to be held Friday, September 3, at 7:30 am, at the Havana University staircase.
Just forty-five days after his previous visit, Commander in Chief Fidel Castro arrived this Monday once again in the National Aquarium, along with American journalist Jeffrey Goldberg, who writes for the magazine “The Atlantic”; scholar Julia Sweig, specialist for the Council for Foreign Relations (CFR), and Adela Dworin, President of the Cuban Hebrew Community.
