With the posthumous tribute to the recently deceased Onelia Lourdes Oliveros Noriega Roldan, began the delivery of awards to 25 founders in Nickel's Mechanical Company Commander Gustavo Machin Hoed de Beche, on the activity for the 25th anniversary of the launch of the Moa-based industry.

The concentration of its workers took place at the plaza at the entrance to the so called factory of factories that bears the glorious name of prominent internationalist fighter Che Guevara, killed in the guerrilla in Bolivia.

On behalf of the praised founders Alfredo Bientz Saap spoke and listed some of the major achievements of the group in this first quarter century, while also reaffirmed the commitment of them all, to continue sharing their experience in order to comply with the production plans of the company with efficiency and quality.

Colleagues who worked in the state and today are not part of the group but also left their mark, received recognition for 25 years of Nickel's Mechanical Company Commander Gustavo Machin as well: Lorenzo Ortiz Torres, Ivan Machado, Diósmedes Sanchez, Ivan Arteche, Paul Oramas, Eder Oliveros, Carlos Estrada, Augustin Nicot and Roilán Cala, among others.

When making conclusions, engineer Ismael Heredia Arzuaga, CEO of the Nickel's Mechanical Company, recalled the support given in 25 years to other entities in the country, such as support for the lights of Havana's Malecon area and the reception in the plaza Gustavo Machin, to the Tribune of the Revolution in 2000 with the presence of Raúl, Almeida and Vilma, among other senior leaders of the country.

He also highlighted the productive successes achieved year after year by the group of workers, who have also contributed greatly to the company being championed in import substitution.

As a prelude to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Nickel's Mechanical Company, an artistic gala was held in the theater of the entity, with the participation of amateur artists from metal mining area.
