No U.S. State Department blackmails or pressures exerted against various UN Members prevented the International Community from inflicting a resounding defeat to the Trump Administration on Thursday.
In the General Assembly Hall, 31 speakers spoke yesterday to discuss the reasons for their States and international organizations to vote against the unfair and genocidal policy that the United States has imposed on Cuba during six decades of hostility.
Today and tomorrow, for the twenty-eighth time, Cuba will submit to the United Nations General Assembly the draft resolution "Necessity of ending the economic, commercial and financial embargo imposed by the United States of America against Cuba".
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez denounced on Monday that the US authorities take pressure and blackmail actions with a view to the coming vote on the resolution calling for the end of the US blockade.
