Human Rights: universal and inalienable

 
On December 10, 1948, it was proclaimed by the United Nations (UN) in its Resolution 217 A (III) the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Cuba, represented by Guy Pérez-Cisneros Bonnel, was one of the signatory nations of the declaration, which has been translated into more than 500 languages.
