Since early June, Cuban agriculture has brought in the first electric tractors that will help to reduce fuel consumption, a deficit resource due to the blockade imposed by Washington, the Agriculture Ministry (MINAG) reported.

The UN General Assembly adopted today with the support of 184 of its member states a new resolution calling for the end of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States against Cuba.

The international demand to put an end to the United States blockade against Cuba on Wednesday once again tops the agenda of the UN General Assembly, which has already expressed its rejection to that mechanism on 28 previous occasions.
