Cuba is living today the best moment of relations with its diaspora, Ernesto Soberon, director general of Consular Affairs and Cubans Living Abroad (Daccre), said.

The 14th International Meeting of Economists on Globalization and Development begins in Cuba on Tuesday with a group of national and foreign participants.

Cuba is preparing the 4th Conference on Nation and Emigration, to be held on November 18 and 19 in Havana with the participation of some 440 nationals residing abroad.
