Several political and social organizations continue to express their support for Cuba in the face of threats from the U.S. government, and their solidarity for the death of the 32 heroes who fell in Venezuela

The gathering, which precedes the March of the Fighting People, is led by President Miguel Diaz-Canel, Rebel Army Commander Jose Ramón Machado, and other high-ranking officials of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Cuban government.

On his social media account, the minister emphasized that, as a matter of principle, Cuba does not oppose assistance from governments or organizations, provided it benefits the people and does not exploit the suffering of those affected for political gain under the guise of solidarity.

This Thursday, January 15, 2026, the remains of the 32 combatants who fell heroically during the criminal attack perpetrated by the United States government against the sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela will arrive in the homeland.
