To promote successful experiences of alternatives to roads that seem to be closed; to produce as much land as possible, are the objectives proposed by the country's leadership, in tours through several municipalities of the Island.
At the meeting with governors and the mayor of the special municipality of Isla de la Juventud, the meeting focused on complying with the municipalities’ food budget, reviewing the contracting of agricultural products in line with current production methods, and thoroughly evaluating the plans.
In the panel held today highlighted the historic friendship between Cuba and Russia, reflected in the preservation of the Russian language, cuisine, and cultural traditions within the local Russian-speaking community in the province of Holguín.
