Cuban Revolution leader, Army General Raul Castro Ruz, met on Wednesday in Havana with Li Shulei, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China’s Central Committee and head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, who is on an official visit to Cuba to take part at the 6th Theoretical Seminar of the two Communist Parties.

The Cuban government approved Tuesday a package of 63 measures, 30 of which are considered a priority and others of an immediate nature, to boost food production in the nation.

The "Tumba el Bloqueo" Youth Expedition began with a meeting between students and graduates of the University of Holguín, visiting various institutions in the province to discuss the impact of the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States on Cuba for over six decades.
