More than one million sanitary masks, food, and personal protection equipment arrived Sunday in Cuba as part of the humanitarian aid sent by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Belarus will purchase medicines from pharmaceutical organizations in Cuba and will supply agricultural machinery, automobiles and spare parts for them to that country, according to a decree of President Alexander Lukashenko published Monday on the national legal website.

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel met on Thursday with workers of the bioelectric plant adjacent to the Ciro Redondo sugar mill, in Ciego de Avila, where he learned about the main difficulties that prevent its proper functioning.
